Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Gdacht uses three (3) different carriers to make sure your items arrive on time:

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • Fedex

When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

Merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case:

  • You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances
  • Your shipping charge (if applicable) will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is shipped

UPS has teamed up with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to assist with deliveries for normal or standard shipping. Under the UPS Smart Delivery Options, UPS will transport the package initially. The package will then be handed over to your local USPS to deliver to you.

Please note: Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by standard delivery only and are excluded from the expedited shipping options.  Please see items with special shipping guidelines or check product pages for more details.

What Are The Return & Exchange Policy?

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don’t love it, send it back, it’s that easy!

We will gladly accept unworn, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 21 days of purchase with the Packing Invoice Order to:

  • For your protection, return your package insured by UPS, or U.S. MAIL.
  • Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.
  • We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding duties and all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Exchange

At this time, Gdacht does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to back to our website to submit a new order for your new items.

*Gdacht is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
